We will only collect and use your personal information for the following purposes:

Our products and/or services include some core functions, which include functions necessary for online shopping, functions necessary for improving our products and/or services, and functions necessary for ensuring transaction security. We may collect, store and use the following information about you to realize these functions. If you do not provide relevant information, you will not be able to enjoy the products and/or services we provide. These functions include:
1.1.1 Basic functions
a. User registration
You first need to register a Godox account to become a Godox user. When you register, you need to provide us with
at least your mobile phone number or email address (for email verification). We will verify the validity of your
identity by sending a SMS verification code or email. Mobile phone number, email, and user ID all belong to your
"account information".
b. Customer service and after-sales functions
Our telephone customer service and after-sales functions will use your account information.
To ensure the security of your account, our call center customer service and online customer service will use your
account information to verify your identity. You may provide other information besides the above information when
communicating with our customer service staff.
c. Device connection functions
When you connect a Godox device, or when the APP automatically reconnects to a device you have previously bound,
we will read the Wi-Fi name (SSID) and BSSID of the network your phone is currently connected to, in order to
determine whether your phone is connected to the Wi-Fi hotspot of a Godox device, so as to establish a connection
and transfer photos and videos. This information is only processed locally on your phone and will not be uploaded
to our servers.
When you use the network provisioning function of a network provisioning device, we will scan and display the
list of nearby Wi-Fi networks (SSIDs) for you to choose the network to be configured. This list is only displayed
locally on your phone and will not be uploaded to our servers.
As required by the Android system, on Android 12 and below, obtaining the Wi-Fi name (SSID) and scanning nearby
Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices requires your authorization of the Location permission. We only use this permission
in the device connection scenarios described above, and will not collect your actual geographic location.
d. Device MAC address and installed application list
To implement crash analysis and sharing functions, the third-party SDKs we integrate will collect the following
information after you agree to this Privacy Policy:
Device MAC address: collected by the Bugly SDK, used to distinguish devices during crash log analysis, helping to
locate and fix APP exceptions and improve product stability;
Installed application list: collected by the ShareSDK (Mob) SDK, used only to determine whether applications such
as WeChat and QQ are installed on your device, so as to provide the sharing function; it will not be used for any
other purpose.
The above information is collected only after you agree to this Privacy Policy; if you do not agree to this
Privacy Policy or withdraw your consent, the relevant SDKs will not collect the above information.
1.1.2 Functions necessary for improving our products and/or services
a. We may collect your browsing information and your interests for data analysis to form user portraits, so as to display service information you are interested in to you. We may also obtain other information about you for the reasonable needs of providing services and improving service quality, including relevant information you provide when contacting customer service, questionnaire responses you send to us when participating in questionnaires, and relevant information we obtain when you interact with our affiliates and partners. For information collected from your various devices, we may associate them so that we can provide you with consistent services on these devices. We may combine information from one service with information from other services to provide you with services, personalized content and suggestions.
1.1.3 Functions necessary for ensuring security
a. To improve the security of the system when you use our products and/or services, more accurately prevent phishing APP fraud and protect account security, we may judge your account risk by understanding your browsing information, your commonly used software information, device information, etc., and may record some links ("URLs") that we consider risky; we will also collect your device information for problem analysis, traffic statistics, troubleshooting possible risks, and troubleshooting when you choose to send us abnormal information.
1.2 Circumstances where you can choose whether to authorize us to collect and use your personal information
1.2.1 To make the APP more convenient or interesting, thereby enhancing your experience in Godox Cam, the following functions may collect and use your personal information. b. NFC-based data transmission function: NFC function is required to connect to the camera. After connection, you can manage, edit and beautify camera photos, etc.
c. Wi-Fi device connection, network configuration and data transfer When you actively use functions such as scanning for nearby devices, connecting or automatically reconnecting to a Godox camera, configuring a network provisioning device, or transferring and managing photos and videos, we may access Wi-Fi network information after you have agreed to this Privacy Policy and granted the necessary Nearby Devices or Location permissions. Such information may include the Wi-Fi SSID (Wi-Fi network name), BSSID, signal strength and network connection status. We use this information to identify and match Godox devices, establish or restore device connections, configure devices, and transfer photos or videos. Information relating to the most recently connected device may be stored locally on your device to support automatic reconnection. If you refuse or disable the relevant permissions, Wi-Fi scanning, connection, configuration and automatic reconnection functions may become unavailable, while other functions that do not require such information will remain available. We do not use this information for advertising or user profiling.
1.2.2 The above additional functions may require you to enable access permissions to your photo album (image library) on your device for us to collect and use the information involved in these functions. You can check the status of the above permissions one by one in Godox through "My - System Settings - Authorization Settings", and can decide to enable or disable these permissions at any time (we will guide you to complete the settings in your device system). Please note that enabling these permissions means that you authorize us to collect and use this personal information to realize the above functions. Disabling the permissions means that you revoke these authorizations, and we will no longer continue to collect and use this personal information of yours, nor can we provide you with the functions corresponding to these authorizations. Your decision to disable permissions will not affect the processing of personal information based on your previous authorization.
