“Godox Mic” is legally registered, owned and operated by Godox Photo Equipment Co.,Ltd.（www.godox.com.cn）and its affiliated companies (“Godox”, “the company”, “we”, or “us”), through which we provide solutions and services to users.
Godox Mic respects and protects user’s privacy. This Privacy Policy will explain to you how Godox Mic collects, uses and protects your information. You must read this Privacy Policy carefully and agree to all the terms herein before registering as a user. The terms of this Privacy Policy will become effective and binding on both you and Godox Mic immediately upon your registration.

1. Godox Mic will use the information for authentication, user services, security prevention, fraud monitoring, archiving and backup purposes in providing related services, to ensure the security of the products and services provided.

3. Enable Godox better understand how you access and use it's services, so as to respond to your personalized needs specifically.
4. Software certification or software upgrade management.
Allow you to participate in surveys about Godox Mic products and services.
In order to provide a better experience, improve Godox Mic's services or for other purposes you agree to, and on the condition of complying with relevant laws and regulations, Godox Mic may use information collected through a service for the purpose of other services by means of aggregating or personalizing information. For example, the information collected when you use one of Godox Mic's services may be used in another service to provide you with specific content, or present to you relevant, non-universal information. If Godox Mic provides options in relevant services, you may also authorize it to use the information provided and saved therefrom for other services.

3.1 Providing Services
Godox Mic may send messages, notices or conduct business communications with you in order to provide services, including but not limited to the verification code to complete the service and the push notification when using the service. Godox Mic will use your contact information and linked WeChat ID to send notifications via email, text message, official account push, etc, including your account scanning statistics, response to your comments, questions and needs, customer service support, updates, notifications, reminders and warnings, etc. In order to maintain and improve the service, Godox Mic will use the information submitted to provide you with various contents displays that better cater your personalized needs.
3.2 System and Data Security
In order to ensure the security of system and data, Godox Mic will use various security technologies and procedures, or purchase third-party products and services, to improve system stability, ensure the authenticity, integrity and verifiability of data and prevent data loss, unauthorized access or disclosure. Godox Mic may also record relevant information in order to better understand the system operation status, such as using frequency, failure data, overall usage, performance data and source of end device. When system failure occurs, Godox Mic will record and analyze the information generated in order to optimize it's services.
3.3 Authentication and Security
Godox Mic will use information about you and your service usage to verify account and activities, monitor suspicious or fraudulent activities. For example, Godox Mic will use your information for authentication, security, fraud detection, archiving and backup purposes to ensure the security of the products and services provided.
3.4 Data Analysis, Product Development and Iteration
Godox Mic has been looking for smarter, faster and safer methods to present you a better experience. Godox Mic will understand the use of it's products and services by users, continuously collect feed-backs of users, and may share these information with the public or third parties, with the aim to help Godox Mic troubleshoot, determine product logic, functionality and ways to integrate and improve services. For example, Godox Mic will record the usage of new functions and the usage habits of users in each iteration and update, so as to design better and more user-friendly functions. However, those do not contain any identifying information. Please understand and agree that in this case, Godox Mic is entitled to use the de-identified information, and on the premise of not disclosing your personal information, Godox Mic is also entitled to analyze the user database and make commercial use.
3.5 Services Support
Godox Mic will use the information you submit to resolve technical problems, respond to your requests for assistance, analyze crash information and conduct fixes and improvements. For example, if you contact and give feed-backs on usage issues to Godox Mic through customer service, Godox Mic will share your information with it's technical director , then respond and support related requests.
3.6 Invitation to Participate in Related Surveys
In order to present you a better experience, improve the services of Godox Mic or put into other agreed usages, Godox Mic may invite you to participate in product research, feed-back, questionnaire, offline salons, etc on the condition of abiding by related laws and regulations. In such events, Godox Mic may require users to provide identifying information or address to verify the identity of the participants or send gifts. Participation or not will be at your sole discretion.

Godox Mic will ask for your prior consent if it intends to use your personal information for other purposes not specified herein, or use the information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes. Please understand that the products and/or services provided by Godox Mic will be constantly updated and modified. If you choose other products and/or services not listed herein, Godox Mic will provide detailed information about the purpose, manner, scope and seek for your consent through separate product/service agreement and page prompts before collecting your personal information. If you do not agree to provide the aforementioned information, you may not be able to use this service without affecting your use of other services.
3.8 Exceptions of Authorized Consent
Please note that Godox Mic does not need your prior authorization to use personal information in the following situations:

3.8.3 Directly related to public security, public health and major public interests;

3.8.6 The personal information involved is disclosed to the public by it's subject;
3.8.7 Necessary to sign and perform a contract according to the request of personal information subject;

3.8.9 Necessary to maintain the safe and stable operation of the products or services provided, such as discovering and handling of failures in the products or services.

Godox Mic will endeavour to take all reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage or loss. However, please understand that due to technical limitations and various possible malicious means, we can not always guarantee absolute information security in the Internet industry. So you should acknowledge that problems may occur to the system and communication network you use to access Godox Mic's services due to factors beyond our control.
Therefore, Godox Mic specially suggests you to take active measures to protect your information security, including but not limited to using complex passwords, changing passwords regularly, not disclosing the account password and other private information to others.
In the event of a security incident such as information leakage, Godox Mic will take emergency actions to prevent the deterioration of the incident. Meanwhile, we will promptly inform you of the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, measures have been or will be taken, suggestions you can prevent and reduce risks by yourself and remedial measures to you in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations. Godox Mic will notify you of the relevant information of the incident by email, letter, telephone and push notification in time. When it is difficult to inform individuals, Godox Mic will take a reasonable and effective way to issue an announcement. At the same time, Godox Mic will also initiatively report the handling situation of the security incident in accordance with the requirements of regulatory authorities, and closely cooperate with government agencies.
